Parts Manager

Compass Energy is looking to add a Parts Manager to our team! Compass Energy is a family owned, HVAC/Propane and Fuel Oil company based out of Laurel Delaware. We are looking for a reliable team member to work with our service technicians, supply houses and customers to order and repair HVAC systems. In addition to job training, we offer opportunities to all facets of our operation.

Description and job duties:

• Work independently as well as with others to obtain required material or parts for homeowners and job sites.
• Order parts from supply houses and update customers
• Make warranty claims on parts
• Register HVAC Equipment for warranty
• Bill customers for service work and repair
• Help key in some vendor invoice to Quickbooks
• Communicate with project managers, team members, supply houses, and homeowners.
• Use technology to complete work orders and other paperwork.
