Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-organized work space
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports and presentations as needed
  • Complete and submit all government forms as required
  • Support financial operations, including payroll, invoicing and expense tracking

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Provide experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
