Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-organized work space
- Prepare and organize documents, reports and presentations as needed
- Complete and submit all government forms as required
- Support financial operations, including payroll, invoicing and expense tracking
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Provide experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
